We will repot happy healthy plants into a new pot 2-3" larger than its current home. We currently only repot up to size 10" pots. You can bring your own pot or purchase one in store. This is only available locally.

Included with every upsize repotting service, 

  • Mindfully selected soil
  • Mosquito Bits® added into the soil mix
  • Foliage is cleaned and showered in a wellness spray

If you have or purchase a trellis or moss pole we can attach your plant to it.

if your plant’s pot is larger than 10” please reach out via email, socials, or the website chat option for an estimate and to schedule a date for the repotting.

If your plant is unhappy please contact us prior to bringing it into the store. Please do not bring in plants with active pest infestations. We do request that plants are free from pests for at least 1 month prior to us working with them. 

With any repotting please understand that your plant may go through an acclimation period that may last a day to several weeks depending on the initial condition of the plant prior to repotting (pest history, root rot, insufficient light/watering).  Acclimation can be observed as drooping leaves, browning leaves, leaf drop etc.

Repotting may not be completed the same day but should be ready by our next open day!

Shipping

Local pick up can be selected under the shipping options. We will hold for 7 days from the date of the order. If the order is not picked up within 7 days please reach out to us and we will refund the total amount of the purchase to a The Plant Ward gift card for the full amount paid. We are happy to accommodate and hold the purchase longer than 7 Days, just send us an email or call our shop.

We ship the following week on Monday-Wednesday after your purchase. During the months of November through May you will notice higher shipping rates. This is due to the extra protection that we add to our packages during these months. Every plant will be protected with poly-fill quilt batting, plenty of fluffy poly fill and a 72hr heat pack will be added to every package.  

We package our plants exactly how we would want to receive them ourselves. We are not responsible for the care of the package once it leaves our hands. Please inform us ASAP if your area is expecting poor weather.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. 

We preventatively treat our plants in the store. We still recommend quarantining new plants from collections for 2-3 weeks as best practice.

Shipping stress can happen. Your plant may be wilted and variegation may brown  upon arrival. Place it/them in an area with indirect light, water as needed, wait 2-3 weeks before repotting. Providing humidity can help the plant bounce back faster after shipping. 

 

Return policy

All sales are final. However we are always here to help you navigate any concerns that you may have. We take pride in our pest management prevention techniques. However we still recommend to practice good quarantine habits with new plants by keeping them away from other plants in your home for a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
